Katharina had the idea for DigiSitter due to her professional and personal experience . As head of the BMBF - funded project "Flexship : Flexible working models for executives" 2015/16 she interviewed some 800 executives about their experiences and concerns. As key success factors for the compatibility of career and family team communication and appointment scheduling were named. When Katharina tunes her professional appointments with the schedule of her two children and her partner, she regularly wishes for a tool that reduces the overhead between calendar, Kita - noticeboard and phone calls – this is how the idea for DigiSitter developed.
